We offer 1, 2, and 3 bedroom units located in a peaceful, friendly, non-smoking community. All apartments have large kitchens that include range/oven, refrigerator, dishwasher. All apartments offer carpet/vinyl flooring, mini-blinds, as well as phone/cable hook-ups. Most apartments have balconies (not all).. Water & Garbage are included with rent. Tenants are responsible for Electricity & Sewer. The Pet Fee is $600 per pet, breed restrictions apply, 2 pets per unit maximum.
