Matt Walsh

Scope of Service Experience

Matt J. Walsh is an Assistant Commercial Property Manager with Black Realty Management, Inc. He is a graduate of Whitworth University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting. Walsh participates with Black Realty Management Principal Tom Hix in the management of commercial properties and on other assignments including shopping centers, as well as manage a growing portfolio of the properties assigned directly to him.

Background & Experience

Walsh joined the company in 2009 as a Commercial Property Management Accounting Assistant and demonstrated high proficiency in that discipline and related lease administration.
