Background & Experience

Sean McGinnis is a Commercial Property Manager with Black Realty Management, Inc., with over 20 years of corporate real estate management experience including property and facility management, project and construction management, as well as owner’s representation. McGinnis professionally and effectively communicates in collaborative team environments in support of organizational objectives, initiatives, and goals.

Prior to joining Black Realty Management, McGinnis was the Assistant Vice President – Corporate Properties Group with Wells Fargo Bank N.A. where he managed a diverse portfolio of commercial real estate properties in Washington, Idaho, Oregon, Utah, and Alaska.

McGinnis is a graduate of Washington State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Construction Management.
